lazarus island

at the top of my hitlist is the archipelago, which i can't wait to visit soon after arriving in stockholm. however, it'd be vaguely unpatriotic to have explored the islands off the coast of sweden before i peer into my own backyard. so on my last evening here, we hopped over to lazarus island and sat in contemplative silence on the beach. the water was crystal clear (most unusual!) and it was surreal to remain in singapore territory but feel like we were on holiday at an exotic beach destination.
