it's getting a little old, this raving over my minicrock, but every morning i wake up to the smell of slow cooked goodness and some hot grub for my tummy, i feel like a bona fide genius.
in related news, i probably take way too much salt for my own good but when i throw everything into my little pot and let it simmer overnight, there's no need for salt because all the flavour's leeched out of the sacrificial vegetables.
