so i did something very silly today. i called nobu*london to book lunch for myself next friday. apparently you don't need a reservation if you're dining alone. i was (very politely) told that i 'wouldn't have a problem' finding a seat at the sushi bar, along with the other loners who are too repulsive for lunch company.
and i'm starting to see how it's very funny. i actually tried to make a reservation for one at nobu. am probably too mortified to even go there anymore now. sigh. byebye nobu,
